Your Role: Collaborate with technical project leads and customer-facing teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time. Conduct filtration and virus inactivation studies, and perform virus titer assays to demonstrate virus clearance capabilities. Engage in data-driven problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Represent the team at technical conferences through attendance and presentations. Design experiments, execute tests, and author protocols and reports in compliance with good documentation practices in a biosafety level 2 (BSL-2).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological or Applied Science, or other Life Science discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in downstream purification of diverse modalities (monoclonal antibodies, AAV and other parenteral drugs)
  • Master's Degree in Biological, Applied Sciences, or other related Life Science discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in a downstream purification of diverse modalities (monoclonal antibodies, AAV and other parenteral drugs)
  • PhD in Biological, Applied Sciences, or other related Life Science discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of the bioprocessing industry and regulatory landscape, with proven track record of problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in virus filtration, chromatographic techniques, and cell culture, along with experience in virus quantification
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment fostering cross-collaboration and maintaining strong stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to deliver technical presentations and articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and statistical analysis tools to analyze complex datasets and support decision-making
  • Experience in working with customer-facing roles and/or new product development activities.
  • Proven track record of strong communication skills demonstrated through internal and external presentations promoting knowledge sharing within and outside the organization.
