About The Position

As a Trainee at LSPedia, you’ll be immersed in learn and develop skills to support our Software as a Solution suite, a leading traceability and compliance solution for the pharmaceutical industry. Through hands on experience and mentorship, you’ll assist level 1 to level 3 support engineers, account managers, customers, and gain foundational expertise in system analysis and problem solving. Your goal: elevate to a full support engineer role within three months by delivering topnotch service, accurate troubleshooting, and proactive learning.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Strong curiosity and commitment to professional growth in system analysis and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer focused mindset
  • Basic understanding of XML and experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Self starter and problem solver

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer or support roles
  • Familiarity with SaaS, CRM tools, or customer support systems
  • Strong initiative and ambition to advance within a high visibility, high impact role

Responsibilities

  • Build expertise in LSPedia’s OneScan solution suite
  • Master Freshdesk the support tool
  • Work closely with your team members on resolving tickets, taking care of customers, and providing timely updates.
  • Participate in structured training to enhance technical skills and software proficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document tasks thoroughly and update records to maintain accurate work histories.
  • Attend team meetings, providing status updates on assignments and project progress.
