Requirements

High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
At least 2 years of customer service experience (call center or sales experience is a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
A passion for guest experience, education, and teamwork

Responsibilities

Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with schools, tour operators, and group leaders 📞📧
Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat group business to maximize attendance and revenue 📈
Achieve volume and revenue targets for your assigned markets 💰
Serve as the main point of contact for schools and groups from booking through arrival 📝🎟️
Assist with on-site coordination and welcoming of groups to ensure a smooth guest experience 👋😊
Submit weekly and monthly booking and revenue reports to leadership 📊
Maintain and update client lists, association contacts, and event schedules 🗂️
Drive incremental group business through outreach and relationship-building 🚍
Assist with marketing campaigns, program analysis, and promotional efforts 📣
Help plan and support special events, promotions, and educational programs 🎉📚
Develop and manage client schedules, checklists, and communication tools to ensure flawless execution 📋
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture long-term client relationships 🤝
Coordinate sales calls, presentations, and collateral materials 🎤📄
Partner with attraction operations to ensure events and group visits are executed smoothly 🐠⚙️
