Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (call center or sales experience is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
  • A passion for guest experience, education, and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with schools, tour operators, and group leaders
