About The Position

Charm City Therapy is a growing, Maryland-based staffing and therapy services company that partners with school districts throughout Maryland. Our mission is to connect schools with high-quality allied health professionals who are passionate about supporting students in K–12 settings. We are seeking a driven, people-focused School Therapist Recruiter to help expand our Maryland school partnerships. This is a phone and internet-based recruiting and sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building and measurable results.

Requirements

1–2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or education staffing preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Comfort with high-volume phone outreach and digital sourcing methods
Experience working in a CRM system
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

Recruit and place allied health professionals in Maryland school-based roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to signed offer
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Match candidates to open positions based on credentials, location preferences, and career goals
Communicate assignment details, compensation structures, and contract terms clearly and confidently
Partner closely with the Client Services team to understand school staffing needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM
Complete reference checks and assist with onboarding support as needed
Provide occasional support to professionals during active school placements
Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates and school contacts
