Requirements
- Michigan Education License - School Social Worker
- 1 year of experience in schools
- Passion for inclusive, student-centered support and school collaboration
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling services and social-emotional support
- Attend and participate in student centered meetings
- Complete documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with school-based special education teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Engage with families and community-based supports when appropriate
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture
