Hello School Social Workers! Are you ready to join a women-led, therapist-founded organization dedicated to empowering schools and supporting student success? Ampersand Therapy is seeking School Social Workers for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a passionate, supportive team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- CDE Certification or willing to apply ASAP, TEE is acceptable
Nice To Haves
- Clinical skills and experience preferred
- Experience working in schools or Special Education a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide student evaluations
- IEP minutes and documentation
- Staff Meetings
- Collaboration with school Special Education team
