About The Position
Special School District (SSD) school psychologists are committed to providing school psychological services that give all students access to an educational program that supports their individual and social-emotional needs. As an SSD school psychologist, you will work with families and school staff to understand each student’s learning, social, and emotional needs to develop data-driven support recommendations and determine eligibility for special education services. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to support students through equitable, inclusive practice while gaining in-depth knowledge of diverse and unique learning challenges. School psychologists work during school hours and visit various schools. Requirements
- Graduate degree in school psychology required
- Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education certification in school psychology - or eligibility to obtain certification required
