Apply today through Indeed or at: https://ampersandtherapy.com/apply-now Position Overview Role: School Psychologist Location: Yuma, AZ Type: In-person ONLY Full-time position Pay Structure: Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time Schedule: 2026-2027 school year (8/3/26 - 5/26/27) PreK-8th grade caseload Key Responsibilities Deliver pediatric evaluations and school-based therapy services Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff Complete documentation and IEP goals aligned with school timelines Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development Qualifications Master’s degree in School Psychology Arizona School Psychology license (or eligible to apply) Active Fingerprint Clearance Card Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments Benefits & Perks Rates: $52-62/hour W-2 employment Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Professional liability insurance coverage Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer hours and donation matching Benefits for 0.8 FTE or higher.
