About The Position
Mann Elementary is ready to welcome a new member of our staff. Our school is a place where all people are welcomed with warmth, treated kindly, and support for success. Our new team member will be the first face that greets our community, will help people to navigate the registration process, and support students throughout the day. We will be interviewing the second week of December in anticipation of having the new staff member join us right after break. Description: 195 day working calendar Hours Per Day: 8 hours Shift: 7:45am - 4:15pm Location: Mann Elementary (part of the Redmond Learning Community) Hourly Rate: $30.55 (SC8LWESP) Position is eligible for membership in the Lake Washington Education Support Professionals. JOB SUMMARY: All general administrative support positions are expected to perform common office procedures such as answering phones; providing information and customer service to students, employees and/or the community; word processing or data entry; and maintaining records while maintaining confidentiality. Although certain recurring tasks or responsibilities may be assigned to certain individuals within an office with multiple support positions, all employees in these positions are expected to contribute to keeping the office functioning effectively and efficiently. For example, an Office Manager II may be expected to perform the duties and responsibilities of a School Secretary as those duties are considered inherent in the duties of the position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years job related education and/or experience.
