About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a School Nurse position for the 2025–2026 school year, Extended School Year (ESY) and the 2026-2027 school year. This is an in-person role starting as soon as possible and is full time. Ampersand Therapy is a small, women, minority and therapist owned and run company, local to Northern Colorado and Western WA. They aim to provide an alternative to working with big staffing companies, creating a supportive, values-driven team committed to elevating the school-based experience for students and providers. Requirements
- Must have a valid nursing License - LPN
Responsibilities
- Support students with life-threatening health conditions
- Create and follow Individual Health Plans
- Complete immunization tracking and monitoring for yearly report
- Conduct vision/hearing screenings
- Support the health room as needed
