Takes the lead on planning school events Creates plan for timeline and roles of others for the event Communicates effectively and in a timely manner to office, school staff, and parent/guardians regarding the event and event details Ensures all teachers have signed up to support at least one school site event at the beginning of the year Facilitates events on the day of the event Position open to all school-site employees Events must be pre-approved by the Principal or Assistant Principal Committee meetings must be documented, and sign-in sheets created and shared with HR
