Requirements

Proven leadership experience in early childhood education.
CDA, TCC or 40 Hour Director Training Certificate.
Strong communication and organizational skills paired with a passion for children and families.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A hands-on leader who's ready to jump in wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

3+ years proven leadership experience in early childhood education.
Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
