Requirements

Are at least 21 years old and meet state director qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field)
Possess a valid Georgia Director Credential
Have 5 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare center
Are CPR and First Aid certified, and can pass all required background checks
Have schedule flexibility to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Able to reliably commute to 1080 2nd St., Macon, GA 31201

Responsibilities

Leading day-to-day operations while driving long-term planning and school success
Providing strong, positive leadership to staff through mentorship, coaching, and accountability
Overseeing curriculum implementation while maintaining full compliance with state regulations
Building strong relationships with families and serving as a trusted point of contact
Ensuring a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for children and staff
Organizing and leading staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development
Creating a nurturing and high-quality early learning experience for every child
