About The Position

As our organization continues to expand school-based services, we’re excited to welcome a School-Based Therapist who is passionate about supporting students’ mental health and overall success. This role allows you to provide meaningful, evidence-based care directly within local schools, eliminating barriers to access and meeting students where they are—academically, socially, and emotionally. As a School-Based Therapist, you’ll deliver high-quality mental health services that support emotional regulation, resilience, and skill development—helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom. You’ll partner closely with families, educators, and community resources to create a strong support network around each student.
