Position Overview: Conduct and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Monitor and analyze behavioral data using graphical representations to refine IEP goals and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Provide technical assistance and staff development on positive behavioral supports (PBIS) and crisis intervention techniques. Partner with K-12 school personnel and families to ensure the consistent, high-fidelity implementation of ABA methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree (for BCBA) or Bachelor’s Degree (for BCaBA) in a related field
• Valid National BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required)
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Familiarity with the IEP process and classroom-based ABA implementation
