Cross Country Education is seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch an impactful program for the 2025–2026 school year. This unique opportunity allows you to act as a behavioral architect for the district, and be considered for one of two vital roles based on your professional strengths and the district's needs. Position Overview: Comprehensive Caseload Specialist – Manage a full K-12 caseload, conducting assessments, developing BIPs, and providing high-level training to reduce problem behaviors. 504 & General Education Focus – Manage a smaller caseload with a specialized focus on 504 students, completing reports and ensuring accommodations are met during the eligibility process. Conduct on-site observations and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to drive student breakthroughs. Develop and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) while bridging the gap between data and achievement for IEP teams. Provide direct training to educators, administrators, and parents to implement cohesive behavioral strategies. Based at the district office, reporting to the Program Specialist, with full mileage reimbursement provided.
Requirements
- Master's Degree (Required)
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 10 months of school-based experience implementing and / or supervising Applied Behavior Analysis programs for students with Autism (Preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
