Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong collaborative skills for working within the K-12 IEP framework

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral functions and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Monitor and analyze student data with graphical representations to drive IEP goal adjustments
• Provide technical assistance and staff development on positive behavioral supports and crisis intervention
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams district-wide to ensure high-fidelity intervention implementation
