About The Position
At Caring Senior Service of Galesburg, we’re looking for a Home Care Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator who knows what great caregiving looks and feels like. If you’ve been a Caregiver or CNA for 5+ years, this is your chance to be a leader while still staying connected to the clients who matter most.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience caring for seniors (Caregiver or CNA required)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- A compassionate, team-first mindset
- Reliable vehicle, insurance, and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Lead with Heart: Recruit, train, and support caregivers to deliver the best home care possible.
- Stay Connected to Care: Step in to provide direct care when needed — you’ll never lose touch with the hands-on work you love.
- Support Clients & Families: Coordinate schedules, assist in handling new client onboarding, and ensure care plans meet each senior’s needs.
- Build a Team You’re Proud Of: Coach caregivers, celebrate wins, and create a culture of compassion and reliability.
