Scheduling Coordinator – In-Home Care Columbia, MO | Monday–Friday | $18–$21/hour You’re the calm in the chaos. The reason care shows up on time. Requirements

• Strong computer skills and comfort juggling multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
• Clear, kind, professional communicator
• High school diploma or GED
• If you care about people and take pride in doing things right, you’re already halfway there.

Nice To Haves

• Previous scheduling experience and caregiving experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Matching caregivers to clients with care, accuracy, and intention
• Coordinating schedules that actually work — for everyone involved
• Being a trusted point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
• Answering calls, problem-solving on the fly, and keeping things moving
• Interviewing and onboarding new caregivers who want to make a difference
• Keeping client information organized, complete, and compliant
• Stepping in when plans change — because in home care, flexibility matters
