Requirements

  • Prior experience in scheduling or administrative roles in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
  • Hands-on care experience in the home care industry is required

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage caregiver assignments based on client needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and staff schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
  • Participate in office administration tasks as needed
  • Be available for on-call duties as required
