About The Position

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for workforce planning of AEG doctors to
include labor scheduling, forecasting, and trend analysis. This role will
require the ability to understand business processes at a strategic level while
still being able to problem solve & execute in great detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years' experience in workforce planning environment
• Strong organizational/time management skills
• Strong self-starter able to manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and customer-service focused
• Strong relationship building skills
• Computer and Word Processing Skills (Microsoft Office programs) required, with advanced knowledge & expertise in excel

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling performance for a primary market, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely release of doctor schedules
• Provide coaching and guidance to Scheduling Coordinators to ensure execution quality and accountability
• Provide oversight across additional markets to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards
• Ensure schedules align with patient demand, provider capacity, and operational priorities
• Monitor open schedules and gaps, driving timely resolution to maintain coverage and access
• Review and validate schedules, PTO records, and system inputs to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and disruptions in a timely and effective manner
• Partner with field operations to support day-to-day scheduling needs and adjustments
• Support onboarding of new providers through schedule setup and template creation
• Identify recurring issues and escalate trends, risks, or process gaps as appropriate
• Support reporting, operational initiatives, and special projects
