This role involves managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, maintaining and updating project schedules, and assisting with pay estimates to secure full payment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen understanding of contract interpretation, and the ability to coordinate pricing and documentation with subcontractors and suppliers.
