The Scheduling & Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of scheduling and logistical operations within the organization. The supervisor will lead a team to optimize schedules, coordinate transportation, and manage inventory flow to support business objectives. Ultimately, the Scheduling & Logistics Supervisor contributes to enhancing overall operational productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising, scheduling, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven experience in supervising or leading a team in a logistics or scheduling environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient scheduling systems to optimize workforce and resource allocation.
  • Supervise daily logistics operations including transportation, inventory management, and distribution activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Lead, train, and support the scheduling and logistics team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
