Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with scheduling software platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Available to work various shifts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain master security staff schedules using scheduling software and Excel
  • Process and coordinate Security Escort Requests (SERs) in real-time
  • Handle call-offs and coordinate immediate coverage solutions
  • Review and process time-off requests according to department policies
  • Monitor overtime usage and implement strategies to minimize excess hours
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and scheduling documentation
  • Coordinate with security supervisors regarding staffing needs and coverage requirements
  • Generate daily staffing reports and scheduling variance documentation
  • Support last-minute scheduling changes and emergency coverage needs
  • Assist with special events scheduling and additional coverage requirements
