This role is responsible for managing staff schedules, coordinating client services, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate must have home care administration experience, thrive in a fast-paced setting, communicate effectively, and remain flexible to meet the needs of both clients and staff. This position includes an on-call rotation, requiring availability outside standard business hours when necessary.
