We are currently searching for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will plan and establish Field Technician schedules to meet customer demands and drive overall company efficiency. Specifically, you will: First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values as an organization and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and refer clients to the appropriate channels to ensure timely and efficient service resolution. Make special service arrangements as necessary to meet unique client needs or urgent operational demands. Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets required metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring compliance and escalating issues as needed. Contribute to the development of processes and workflows to make service delivery more efficient and organized. Manage workflow and distribute work orders from previous and new workflows to the appropriate technicians based on availability, skill, and geography. Work closely with supervisor(s) and other team members to assign the correct technician on complex or specialized jobs requiring additional expertise. Manage technician capacity effectively to accommodate all work orders with minimal subcontractor usage. Communicate all long-term and short-term capacity shortages for assigned geographical areas to supervisor(s) and relevant leadership. Effectively manage the routes of all assigned technicians, tracking response times and mileage efficiency to optimize service delivery. Maintain accurate records of scheduling activity, work order status, and technician assignments within company systems.
