About The Position

Our skilled nursing facility is currently seeking a Nursing Home Scheduler to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Job Description: As a Nursing Home Scheduler, you will: Ensure all employees are entered into the facilities scheduling system Ensure each full and part time employee has a set schedule that is followed Communicate with employees for open shifts as they become available. Effectively and economically fill shifts to ensure coverage for the facility that is fair to the employees and employer. Answering Phones & Dealing with Callers Tracking Attendance & Lateness Processing mail and emails Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and work in an everchanging environment
• Possess organizational skills and ability to be flexible

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Nurse Scheduling preferred
