As NASA's largest engineering solutions provider working together with NASA at centers across the United States. The Scheduler will: Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project and/or Smartsheet. Collaborate with customer, project managers, project engineers, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations. Collaborate with team members on a regular basis to gather scheduling updates and ensure alignment with project timeline Support planning and execution of risk mitigation projects and test campaigns. Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies. Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure alignment with NASA/JSC project and program milestones.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, baselining, and custom reporting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations.
  • Familiar with Johnson Space Center (JSC) organizations, processes, and procedures
  • Prior experience working with Space Suits or other areas of Human Spaceflight
  • Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test environments.
