What You'll Do Responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration May supervise CNAs as directed Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for an organized and compassionate QMA. Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience working with direct patient care as a CNA or QMA in a long-term care facility
  • Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration
  • Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions
  • Can foster good resident and family relationships
  • Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
  • A passion for working with elderly residents

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration
