About The Position

Your Role: Schedules patients’ appointments, receives visitors, verifies insurance, collects payments, and performs clerical duties. Demonstrates an understanding of diversity. Schedules and confirms patients’ appointments, verifies insurance, and collects payments. Provides clerical support for departmental staff members; ensures insurance information is documented correctly and accurately in patients’ charts to help prevent claim errors. Receives visitors; provides excellent customer service, utilizing efficient time management skills. Articulates information clearly, concisely, and consistently. Displays a competent, professional image. Performs other duties.
