Interface with customers, carriers, drivers and field supervisors to ensure that movement of loads are performed to Texon Service Standards. Assist in the ticket reconciliation process to tie back to each load scheduled. This includes actualizing volumes, ensuring loads are scheduled to the correct contracts, reviewing carrier invoices, etc. Provide timely status updates to Texon Commercial team. This would include communicating any demurrage, loading or unloading issues, carrier issues, etc to ensure high level of customer service. Respond timely to customer inquiries ranging from movement status, ticketing information and various movement details. Work closely with Accounting and Settlements teams to ensure loads are accurate and entered timely to meet monthly closing deadlines. Rotate weekends on call duties. Includes holidays and weekends.
