About The Position

Mano Lani, LLC has an opening for an Incentives Establishment Specialist position to join our rapidly growing team in Marietta, GA. The Incentives Establishment Specialist will support the client by providing transition services for GAARNG service members, including eligibility verification, documentation review, payment processing, and system updates. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of incentive actions using the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required or equivalent experience
• 3 years of professional experience in management
• Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data for the federal government
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Ability to work with various Navy and Marine Corps Systems
• Works well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Confirm eligibility for incentives (bonuses, loan repayment, etc.) within 3 business days.
• Verify required documents and process payments within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate GIMS records and ensure compliance with ARNG and DoD regulations.
• Provide timely responses to service member inquiries and regular reports to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Conduct outreach events and support audits, reviews, and policy updates.
• Recommend process improvements and ensure tax and policy compliance.
