About The Position

Napoli III is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sauté Cook to join our kitchen team. Napoli III is a high-end, family-owned Italian restaurant known for its fresh ingredients, house-made pastas, seafood, and elevated dining experience . This is a key role in the kitchen — responsible for executing dishes with precision, consistency, and speed while maintaining the standards that define our brand. Requirements

• 1–3+ years of sauté or line cook experience preferred
• Strong understanding of sauté techniques, timing, and heat control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Attention to detail and pride in plate presentation
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Reliable and consistent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Italian cuisine or scratch kitchens strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook sauté dishes including pasta, seafood, and Italian entrées
• Execute recipes with precision, consistency, and proper technique
• Manage multiple tickets while maintaining timing and quality
• Ensure all dishes meet presentation and portion standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Communicate clearly with chefs and kitchen team during service
