About The Position

As a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Senior/Lead Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance HR and talent management processes. This is a full-time, ongoing position as a W2 Employee

Requirements

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification (Associate or Professional) required.
  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
  • Led 3–4+ medium-to-large scale implementation projects.
  • Contributed to 7+ SuccessFactors projects overall.
  • All employment offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client strategy sessions to assess current HR processes and align them with future business goals.
  • Guide clients through the SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation, ensuring best practices and seamless adoption.
  • Conduct periodic meetings to track project progress and address client needs.
  • Maintain in-depth expertise on SuccessFactors configuration, integration points, and industry best practices.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by delivering product demonstrations to potential clients.
