About The Position

The SAP S/4HANA Senior Solution Architect Data will lead change enablement training and adoption activities for SAP transformation initiatives. This role focuses on organizational change management training strategy and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and user adoption in a fully onsite environment. 100% ONSITE This role requires full time onsite presence

Requirements

• SAP S/4 Hana Senior Solution Architect(Data)
• Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management OCM principles and frameworks
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with focus on change enablement and training
• Expertise in training strategy development curriculum design and delivery for SAP projects
• Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or similar tools for content creation and end user training
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Fit to Standard workshops
• Ability to design communication plans stakeholder engagement strategies and adoption roadmaps.
