Raytheon has an opening for an SAP ECC – S/4HANA Digital Technology (DT) Data SME position (Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) to support our oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) program. The DT Data SME for the Raytheon Business Unit will be responsible for supporting data activities which include data profiling, data cleansing, data mapping, and migration efforts supporting the S/4HANA transformation program. Responsibilities will include identifying prework activity which can and should be performed in existing SAP ECC environments as well as managing the overall process of data profiling, data cleansing and data migration to the new SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and well as technical depth and experience with data management disciplines.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience with one or more of the following SAP ERP application modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM), etc.
Experience reading and writing SQL queries.
Experience with data solutions/platforms. i.e. Snowflake, BW, Oracle, Fabric, etc.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Data migration experience with a Full Cycle ERP Implementation
Experience with SAP data in at least one or more application modules. i.e. SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, etc.
Experience with data profiling, cleansing and data migration tools (i.e. Syniti, SNP).
Experience working in a complex SAP landscape.
Project management experience.
Experience working laterally across business units and corporate functions to achieve universal results.

Responsibilities

Support data profiling, data cleansing, and data migration activities to ensure readiness from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Contribute to data quality improvement plans, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and conforms to business transformation requirements.
Provide the Raytheon Business Unit with support to address data origin and data construction questions that may shape process alignment decisions across the business units.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical business requirements and ensure that data is ready for migration.
Work closely with numerous cross-functional stake holders across the transformation program to ensure data mapping, transformation, and migration efforts align with business goals.
Travel ~25%
