About The Position

The organization is in the process of retiring a legacy enterprise system and implementing SAP Financial Management modules , which will be integrated into an enterprise-wide financial and procurement platform. This role supports large-scale SAP finance and treasury transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of SAP implementation and project management experience
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Implementation
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project
• PMP or other PMI-recognized Project Management certification

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP Finance and Treasury Management modules and integrations
• Process mapping experience using Microsoft Visio
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Familiarity with Agile methodology

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise leadership, project management, and SAP functional team leads to develop, maintain, and execute project plans supporting SAP finance and treasury initiatives
• Coordinate closely with finance, treasury, and cross-functional teams to align project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Provide overall project coordination, governance, status reporting, and stability for assigned SAP implementation projects
• Manage communication across all enterprise areas impacting project scope, budget, risk, and resource allocation
• Identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues that may impact milestones, timelines, or deliverables
• Communicate system development and implementation risks that could significantly impact cost, resources, or schedules
• Ensure orderly project closeout, including documentation of lessons learned and archiving of critical project artifacts
• Recommend project and portfolio management best practices for managing finance and treasury technology initiatives
