Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Up to 25% travel may be required, PM will be on-site for customer go-live
• Minimum four years' experience managing customer-facing implementation projects and/or software trainer. Experience with Saas projects is highly desirable
• Experience with CRMs and Ticketing systems: Zendesk and HubSpot
• Experience with project management software

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal liaison with support and product development/engineering teams
• Coordinate all implementation activities with internal stakeholders and with the customer to ensure a timely delivery of the software product and an exceptional implementation experience
• Conduct kickoff meetings to set expectations, introduce team members and discuss timelines
• Act as the primary point-of-contact for the agency before, during, and after the Go Live
• Curate a weekly summary of client meetings, both pre-Go Live and post, to ensure customer suc-cess and to stay on top of deliverables
