Hands-on S/4HANA FICO Configuration Lead (FI/CO) who lives inside FI/CO configuration and has done multiple S/4 implementations end-to-end. Responsibilities Assess the requirements of the software application or service and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc. Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of the application Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies and processes in line with organization vision, industry regulations and market best practices. Work on continuously improving performance and optimizing the application and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Familiar with programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery FCV/FCTA stand Program knowledge Support Month end close Programs Substitution and Validations Company code, exchange rate etc. configuration Ledger and sub ledger knowledge Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules. Requirements
- SAP S4 HANA
- 7+ years of configuration experience in S4 FI and CO modules: FI-GL, AP, AR, AA required. CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, CO-PA
- Experience working in a multi-company code, multi-currency environment is required.
- Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.
- Analyze problems and troubleshoot to find the root cause.
- Ability to read and debug ABAP code (but not perform any technical development).
- Good knowledge of integration with other S4 modules – Purchasing, Sales and Production
- Development experience using various SAP development technologies including but not limited to the following: ABAP, Integration, and UI tools.
