We are currently searching for a SAP FICO AMS Support Consultant :

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of functional experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO)
  • At least 6 years supporting SAP ERP in large-scale AMS engagements
  • Hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience including: FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Solid understanding of integration points between SAP modules
  • Graduate Engineer from a recognized institution
  • Experience in at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle (preferred)
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Treasury Management, including bank account management, payment media, and electronic bank statements
  • Experience with Project System, including results analysis, month-end close, overhead assessment, and settlement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global stakeholders
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong multitasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide global AMS application support for SAP S/4HANA Finance, focusing on FI and CO modules
  • Manage incidents, defects, service requests, problems, and changes according to SLAs
  • Handle release management activities in multi-vendor, multi-geography environments
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and business users to ensure timely ticket resolution
  • Participate in SAP implementation projects for new business opportunities
  • Perform root cause analysis and proactive monitoring of interfaces and batch jobs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Document incidents, changes, and resolutions thoroughly
  • Act as liaison with technical teams and escalate issues when required
  • Mentor junior team members in support activities
