You Are: The SAP Delivery & Practice Executive will lead the delivery and program management of large, complex SAP modernization efforts while driving strategic alignment across clients, internal teams, and SAP itself. You will be responsible for executing mission-critical solutions by incorporating modern development and integration techniques, while also fostering a strong, collaborative relationship with SAP to ensure alignment with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and pipeline development. You bring a deep understanding of the Federal ecosystem—including its trends, challenges, and players—and will translate that knowledge into action through delivery excellence and strategic foresight. This role is equal parts delivery execution and forward-looking leadership, enabling Accenture Federal Services to drive impactful, scalable SAP transformations. The Work: Lead delivery and program management for complex SAP modernization engagements, ensuring mission objectives are met with high quality and efficiency Incorporate modern development methodologies and integration strategies to elevate solution delivery Foster and maintain strong, strategic relationships with SAP to ensure alignment on roadmap, solutions, and co-selling strategies Keep AFS Senior Leadership informed of progress, risks, and issues across the portfolio of SAP programs and initiatives Drive thought leadership across the SAP practice and federal client base through insights, industry knowledge, and go-to-market strategies Engage with key client stakeholders and develop long-term trusted relationships to strengthen delivery and identify future opportunities Guide practice growth by mentoring delivery leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders Provide strategic input on integration of new and existing business processes and technologies Conduct quality assurance reviews of active programs to ensure alignment with client missions and surface key successes for internal and external communication Support AFS participation in strategic industry forums and partnerships
