We are seeking an organized and relationship-driven Strategic Alliance Partnership (SAP) Coordinator to support the growth and success of our partnership program. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring timely delivery of program elements, and uncovering new opportunities for collaboration. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing project management, relationship building, and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, account coordination, or related role.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in working with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools; willingness to learn new systems.
Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a passion for relationship building.

Responsibilities

Partnership Management: Support day-to-day operations of the SAP program, ensuring deliverables are met and relationships are maintained through outstanding communication and service.
Program Execution: Coordinate partner agreements, communications, and deliverables including logos, mailing lists, microsite updates, and marketing assets.
Business Development: Identify and nurture new partnership opportunities, including print, digital, custom projects, and collaborative marketing initiatives.
Prospecting & Outreach: Research prospective partners, connect with key stakeholders, and support the development and execution of partnership agreements.
Special Programs & Events: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and events teams to drive recruitment, manage partner deliverables, and provide onsite event support when needed (<10% travel).
Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, and development teams to keep partner pages updated, track agreements, and provide routine reporting and insights.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate databases, track partner engagement, and share metrics to optimize program performance.
