The work The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing.

Requirements

• 8 + years SAP ECC and S/4HANA development experience
• Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams
• Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends
• Expert-level proficiency with ABAP, OO ABAP, SAP UI5, and CDS development
• Experience with SAP Clean Core approach

• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning

Responsibilities

• Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
• Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
• Conduct the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
