About The Position
TMC Sanitation DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Obtain daily schedule to verify which lines need cleaning. Formulate cleaning chemicals in preparation of the nights cleaning. Clean processing equipment in three steps: A. Pre-rinse B. Foaming C. Final rinse Notify supervision when chemical inventory is getting low. Complete daily cleaning log. Complete sanitation log for baskets. Notify supervision of any damaged equipment. Wear proper personal protective equipment. A. Rain pants / Jacket 2. Boots C. Protective eye shield D. Gloves Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
