The Sanitation- Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring food manufacturing companies adhere to state sanitation protocols, implement company cleaning policies, perform daily sanitation inspections and oversee the duties of cleaning personnel (if any) and production employees while executing sanitation duties. Sanitation Coordinator oversees facility cleanliness, develops schedules, trains staff, ensures regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, GMP), manages sanitation supplies/equipment, conducts audits, and resolves issues in places like food plants or warehouses, focusing on preventing contamination and maintaining high hygiene standards through leadership and documentation.
