About The Position

Production Coordinator is responsible for leading production crews to meet efficiency, quality, and safety goals within a prestressed concrete manufacturing environment. This role oversees multiple foremen and crews, ensures work is completed within established hours, and maintains high-quality standards while supporting employee development and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
Proficient in using tape measures and standard production tools.
Strong recordkeeping skills with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
Understanding of prestressing processes and safety requirements.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of production efficiency and workflow optimization.
Working knowledge of all tooling used in prestressed concrete production.
Knowledge of formwork systems and prestressing operations.
Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred.

Nice To Haves

First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred)
OSHA 10 (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead production teams to complete work within established hours.
Assign daily work tasks to foremen and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
Train new employees and provide ongoing education and development for existing team members.
Track and maintain daily efficiency and production output records.
Ensure assigned work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
Oversee a minimum of two (2) foremen and their respective crews.
Administer employee discipline as required in accordance with company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
