About The Position

The Sanitation Operator is responsible for housekeeping of the soybean processing plant, assisting Process Operators with their daily tasks, and operating powered industrial vehicles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works well in a team environment, has a positive attitude, and has the ambition to further develop their career with the company. Position Details: Rotating 12-hour shifts, either 10:00am – 10:00pm or 10:00pm – 10:00am

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work at varying heights and in confined spaces
• Ability to take instruction and work as a team with others
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures as required
• Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when needed

Responsibilities

• Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner
• Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near miss reporting and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility
• Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures
