Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
- High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
- Customer centric and enjoys serving others
- Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet

Responsibilities
- Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression
- Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid "grouping" or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
- Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products - find the perfect fit
- Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
- Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution
