Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the showroom
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience preferred (retail or furniture a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm, pressure-free shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend furniture that fits their style, space, and budget
- Maintain strong product knowledge (materials, features, care, warranties)
- Close sales and handle transactions accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
